Hello, we are Uehara Soba, located on Yagaji Island in Nago City, Okinawa. Our restaurant is nestled in a beautiful natural setting where you can enjoy Okinawa soba while taking in the refreshing breeze and stunning views. Our special dish, Tokusei Uehara Soba, allows you to savor three types of meat: sanmainiku (braised pork belly), nankotsu soki (soft bone pork spare ribs), and tebichi (pork trotters). In addition to Okinawa soba, we also offer set meals featuring fresh, locally caught fish. Enjoy the full flavor of the ocean’s bounty with dishes that highlight the freshness of the ingredients. We also recommend our hearty bowl sets for a satisfying meal.
